After CCC rejected the message of God through her in 1986, She continued to serve the Lord as a prophetess in CCC at New Oluwaseyi Parish Egan-Igando, Lagos. A lot souls were delivered from the clutches of satan throughout her ministry. She was the Deborah sent to us during our time of distress.

When God chooses a prophet, He does not consider the requirements of men. He chooses someone whom He has prepared for the mission ahead. God chooses someone with the right heart and measure of obedience.

Maria Taiwo, the Deborah of her time, was a woman after God's heart. At the time of distress for the Celestial Church of Christ, God chose her to provide the prophesy that should lead the way into the future. Due to short-sightedness and ignorance of the mind of God, CCC leaders at that time rejected the words of God and decided to anoint a Pastor for the church.

Rather than being celebrated as a hero and a true prophetess, She was plunged into a battle - God's people against His prophetess. Her warnings were completely neglected; a Pastor was anointed and since then the church has been in crisis. Recently, the house of CCC like the biblical Isreal is judged and divided into many small nations(factions). She fought her battles and conquered with the name of Jesus.

She gave her all to the service of Christ. In the midst of extreme poverty, sickness, trials and tribulations, She didn't deny Christ and her calling. She remained steadfast and never compromised her faith in Jesus Christ. She will be remembered as a prophetess who will never take a step until She is spiritually directed; no matter the condition.

She passed on to glory on her birthday (Holy Mary Day) on July 5, 2013.

Maria Taiwo was born as a twin on July 5, 1947 to the late Chief John Omotunde Oyediran and Madam Elizabeth Folashade Aina Oyediran of Ile Oshodi in Okemesi Ekiti Ekiti State . She attended St Michael Primary School Okene between 1956 and 1961 She was perhaps the most brilliant child of the Oyediran Kids however she was denied modern school education because of Polygamy. She wanted to be a Nurse from her youth and had a heart to help people because her twin brother, Kehinde, died at Birth. She later trained as a Fashion designer and got married to Mr Ilesanmi Ariwodola in 1966.She later separated from Mr. Ilesanmi Ariwodola in 1989 and became Mrs. Maria Taiwo Kolawole, wife of late Pa Elijah Kolawole. She and Pa Kolawole were together in the work of God until his demise in 2007.

Maria's philosophy can aptly be summarized as "IWA RE ATI ESIN RE NI YIO GBE O DE ORUN BI O DARA - YOUR DEEDS AND WORSHIP WILL TAKE YOU TO HEAVEN IF THEY ARE GOOD". She was generous, honest, caring, lover of children and a disciplinarian with high sense of integrity and dignity. Maria loved with the love of Christ, lived for Christ and therefore 'lives on' in Christ.
